Prices

Prices for your day can be discussed to create the best deal for you, depending on aspects such as location, length of celebration and how you would like the work presented (prints, photo albums, or on a DVD).

Below is a list of packages which outline the prices for my services. If you have requirements which are not mentioned, or any add-ons to the specific packages, feel free to contact me for a quote.

All packages include a consultation with me in the months leading up to the wedding day. Meetings can also be arranged prior to a booking being made, to have a relaxed chat about my services, look through my portfolio and example album, and to see whether my services match your plans.

Sam's Wedding Packages:

Silver

(Full day wedding coverage, high quality copyright-free DVD and an online picture gallery)

The Silver package is designed for those who want Sam to capture all of the memories from their day, while having the freedom to do exactly what you want with your wedding images. You will receive hundreds of beautiful photographs on a high quality copyright-free DVD. The DVD is set up to show you a slideshow of all of the images from the day, and can then be used to create prints, albums or whatever you wish. You will also get an online folder in the 'Your Wedding Photographs!' section of this site, containing all your images, for an easy way to let all of your friends and family share your memories.

You will have Sam for as long as you want on the day, enabling you to capture everything from bridal preparations, right through to the relatives dancing!

£650

Includes full day coverage (as many hours as you wish between 9am and 11pm), all post-production work on the images and a copyright-free high quality DVD of all the images taken on the day. You will also get an online photo gallery (optional) in the 'Your Wedding Photographs!' section of my website, with all of the images of your wedding day.

Gold

(Full day wedding coverage, high quality copyright-free DVD, an online picture gallery and 100 quality prints)

Like the Silver package, Gold is designed for those who want Sam to capture all of the memories from their day, while having the freedom to do exactly as you wish with your wedding images. The Gold package, however, also offers 100 quality prints allowing you to have a concise set to show friends and relatives in person, and to cherish forever.

You will receive hundreds of quality photographs on a high quality copyright-free DVD. The DVD is set up to show you a slideshow of all of the images from the day, and can then be used to create prints, albums or whatever you wish. You will then be able to choose your 100 favourite images to be printed.

The package also offers an online folder in the 'Your Wedding Photographs!' section of this site, containing all your images, for an easy way to let all of your friends and family share your memories.

You will have Sam for as long as you want on the day, enabling you to capture everything from bridal preparations, right through to the relatives dancing!

Includes full day coverage (as many hours as you wish between 9am and 11pm), all post-production work on the images, a copyright-free high quality DVD of all the images taken on the day and at least 100 quality prints. You will also get an online photo gallery (optional) in the 'Your Wedding Photographs!' section of this website.

Platinum

(Full day wedding coverage, high quality copyright-free DVD, an online picture gallery and either a hand-made album containing approx 100 prints or a modern stylish wedding photobook)

Option 1: Handmade Album

Platinum (Option 1) offers you everything you need for a perfect photography package for your special day. You will have me for as long as you want on the day, enabling me to capture hundreds of images which you will receive on a high quality copyright-free DVD. You will also be presented with a handmade wedding album containing at least 100 selected prints at varying sizes, which you will be able to cherish forever. The album comes in a matching protective box and is 350 mm x 280 mm in size.

Includes full-day coverage (as many hours as you wish between 9am and 11pm), all post-production work on the images, a copyright-free high quality DVD of all images taken on the day and at least 100 quality prints presented in a hand-made wedding album, which will be presented inside a matching hand-made box. You will also get an online photo gallery (optional) in the 'Your Wedding Photographs!' section of this website.

 

Option 2: Wedding PhotoBook

Platinum (Option 2) offers you all the same features as Platinum Option 1, except for a different type of album. With Option 2 you will get a specially-created wedding photobook containing a large number of images from your day in a creatively designed, stylish, durable photobook. There is a large choice of page designs, covers and even paper finishes to choose from. The photobooks are printed and prepared in Italy.

Includes full day coverage (as many hours as you wish between 9am and 11pm), all post-production work on the images, a high quality copyright-free DVD of all images taken on the day and a high quality wedding photobook with hundreds of bespoke design options, which Sam will take you through. You will also get an online photo gallery (optional) in the 'Your Wedding Photographs!' section of this website. Smaller copies of the photobook can also be ordered to give to parents, family or friends.

Half Day Packages:

Please note: Half day packages are not available on Saturdays during the Summer months (June 1st - September 30th inclusive)

Half day packages are also available for out-of-season weddings, if you only need a photographer for up to 6 hours on the day. The packages work in exactly the same way as the full day packages, except you will get 50 prints as part of the Gold package or 50 prints in your album in the Platinum 'Handmade' package.

Silver (Half Day) £400

(Half day wedding coverage (up to 6 hours), high quality copyright-free DVD and an online image gallery)

Gold (Half Day) £450

(Half day wedding coverage (up to 6 hours), high quality copyright-free DVD, an online image gallery and 50 quality prints)

Platinum Handmade (Half day) £595

(Half day wedding coverage (up to 6 hours), high quality copy-right free DVD, an online folder and a hand-made album containing approx 50 prints)

Extras:

Engagement Shoot

(A 2 hour photoshoot with Sam prior to your wedding day, with a framed print (up to 16" x 10" (A3) ) to act as your guest book on your wedding day, and keep as a wall mounted memory of your engagement.

Sam's engagement shoot offers you the chance to have a professional studio session with Sam at his studio space in Luton. You will have around 2 hours of shooting with Sam, so it's a great day out and a lot of fun. As well as this, the shoots are also a great opportunity to spend a little more time getting to know Sam and getting used to having your picture taken by him!

You will be presented with a framed 16" x 10" (A3) print on your wedding day which can be presented alongside your guest book, and then cherished forever as a wall mounted memory of your engagement.

Engagement Shoot + £65

The shoot can be scheduled at any time between making your booking and the wedding day itself. Just let Sam know that you are interested when making your enquiry, and he can guide you through the options.

WeddingScape (TM)

(An 'award-winning' photomontage artwork of your wedding day created by Sam, for an original way to remember your day, and a fantastic talking point for any room).

If you fancy something completely original and different from your wedding photography, then why not invest in a WeddingScape - a large scale photomontage documentation of your day!

The work will be created soley for you by Sam, who's award-winning photomontage work, has been publisheed in national magazines multiple times, won awards and gained him many commissions.

There are many ways in which Sam can create the WeddingScape for you, weather a 5 -10 shot image discreatly shot at some stage on the day itself or a 100 - 200 photograph montage shot beforehand with images added in on the day.

There is also a few possibility's of prints and mountings to choose from, so if you are at all interested then let Sam know, and he can go through the possibilities with you.

Feel free to contact me and ask about pricing up the requirements for your specific wedding celebrations. Extras, such as multiple albums, prints and DVDs can be ordered when booking or at any time before or even after the wedding.

Please note: In order to make a booking, I take a 25% non-refundable deposit. This secures the date in my diary, so that I can no longer accept other bookings for that specific day.

Travel costs for the wedding day, pre-wedding consultation and, if required, pre-booking consultation, are covered within the package costs, as long as the wedding is deemed by myself to be within reasonable distance. (Don't worry, I am fairly reasonable!) If there are any extra charges, this will be included in your initial quote. Please list your wedding venue and location when requesting a quote, so I can let you know if there will be any extra travel costs.
